Yes it means "and then", except there is no "and" (that would be {.ijebabo}). 
The {bo} is inserted to distinguish {.ibabo do jinga} "then you win" from {.i 
ba do jinga} "someone wins after you".

It's an Indian word. la mo'andas. du la ma'atman.
