[lojban] lojban dictionary status?

Can anyone comment on the status of the "official" lojban 
dictionary?  I've been looking around lojban.org and the tiki but the 
arguements that took place lead me to think that a paper-publishable 
dictionary is not being worked on right now.  I am aware of jbovlaste 
but I'm looking for something to take offline.  Any comments or am I 
missing something?
