Scratch part of that last message; I seem to have cranial-rectal inversion.
The printable dictionary I like is at:

It prints (in very small type) a basic gismu list, a rafsi list, two cmavo
lists (one in selma'o order, the other alphabetical), some grammar notes, and
a rough English to lojban dictionary. All in 24 pages.
If the type is too small, I have a version that is expanded, but now takes
almost 80 pages.
