Improved Server Statistics for lojban.org

The web server statistics generator at http://www.lojban.org/stats/ has
been updated to report only requests *to* lojban.org[1] and to *not*
report requests *from* any local domains[2].

So things are much cleaner and more useful now.

It's not up just yet, but there will be stats for the whole server at
http://www.digitalkingdom.org/stats/ later today, and probably stats for
kli.org (since we took it over) at http://www.kli.org/stats/
