[lojban] sticking with h (Re: pronouncing ? as th)

I've decided to stick with /h/ after all. My suggestion to anybody 
considering otherwise is to reconsider, else face confused 
beginners and perhaps even confused veterans. Besides, I think 
robin was right about it sounding like I have a lisp...
