'We' always means one of the following:

We, the speakers (mi)
We, the speaker(s) and you, the listener(s) (mi'o)
We, the speaker(s) and at least one person other than the speaker(s) and listener(s) (mi'a) We, the speaker(s), you the listener(s) and at least one person other than the speaker(s) and listener(s) (ma'a)

While the listener may not know which is intended, the speaker does. In your example, "This is our street," you aren't including the listener. This would be rendered into lojban as {.i ti kluji pe mi'a}. Apologies if I have misused {pe}.
