L’Union Française Onixienne est une association qui a pour objet de promouvoir, d’adapter et de développer la création d’un Etat fédéral, appelé « Fédération Terrienne », englobant tous les Etats souverains actuels tels que les pays eurasiatiques, océaniques, américains, africains… tel que le préconise l’auteur français E.Onix dans son ouvrage intitulé « Mon utopie :la Fédération Terrienne ».
