"any" and "every"

coi rodo

What does the sentence {mi kakne lonu mi catra ro remna} mean?

1) "I can devastate the whole Earth"
2) "I can kill any one man of my choice, but then I probably will be
arrested and not able to kill the second, the third etc..."

I think the right answer is second, and for the first one one needs
{mi kakne lonu mi catra piro loi remna}, but I am not sure. Any
comments?
