To make the difference explicitly:

1) mi kakne lo nu ro da poi remna zo'u mi catra da
2) ro da poi remna zo'u mi kakne lo nu mi catra da

I think when a quantifier is not put explicitly in a prenex, it is assumed
to be in the most immediate one, so it would be (1), but in any case you
can always make it explicit.
