My first thought was the longish {ca'irguncu'a}.

ca'irguncu'a: x1=cu1 votes for candidate x2=cu2=ca1=g1 for office x3=g2 from slate/candidate-list/field x4=cu3

Sen
suggested (on IRC) a further place, "with ballot x4" (so slate would be
in x5), but it doesn't have a place in any of the veljvo, so perhaps
tag it with {ve cu'u} or {se pi'o}.

However, this lujvo would exclude 'vote' in the sense of vote for/against a law. So maybe we should be voting for events, in which case {cuxna} may be fine by itself:

le mensi be mi cu cuxna lo nu la bairul cu za'e je'arja'a
My sister voted for Bayrou for president.
