It doesn't change that the process for your language is broken, reader.

Human language doesn't generally have a process, which is why it is broken. (Computer languages are unlike human languages in that respect).

Your language will die because it stands on a cult of personality.

I rather hope not. As the supposed object of this cult of personality, I've seen relatively little cultish behavior, and I do my damnedest to make sure it doesn't emerge. Zamenhof set the model for this in dealing with proponents of change to Esperanto. Would that I could do so well.
