No, surely not. That's more like "Make me say that you help me".
"I ask you for help" is {mi cpedu lenu [do] sidju [mi] kei do},
so "Make me ask you for help" would be
{mi cpedu lenu sidju kei ko}.
Of course, {cpedu} could have been lots of other gismu
depending on the flavour of command
({minde}, {stidi}, {pikci}).
I'm not sure that you really need an "indirect speech"
form for this, but if you did, you could try
mi cpedu cusku le sedu'u do sidju mi
or
mi cusku le cpedu sedu'u do sidju mi
or
mi cusku le sedu'u do.e'o sidju mi
mi'e .i,n.
