Re: buffer vowel



I agree - I think.  But phonetics is outwith my area.  Can anyone
point me to information on how the phonetic alphabet is represented
in ASCII as it is below?

(Fatuous PS: does this mean that people cannot lisp (lithp (?)) in
languages with no "th" :-)
