I have been finding it impossible to ftp the refgrammar chapters.
The link is massively slow and breaksdown mid transmission. If
anyone is able and willing to email them to me I would be extremely
grateful. Cheapest for me would be to have them by snailmail,
since I've only a 2400 baud modem, but it's a bit impractical
for me to refund postage to anyone sending me stuff from outside
the UK.
