No, it didn't get done because I and no one else didn't get around to
coding it, or even documenting it.  This had absolutely nothing to do
with feature complexity.  The Elephant is rather simple, in fact; it's
my life that has the complexity.

After the New Year, I will start working on the Elephant implementation.
That is a promise (short of personal or social disaster).
