T2 claims that {ko bevri re spageti palta} could be mis-heard as {ko bevri
respa ge ti palta} -- but that would violate the stress rules of Lojban
(not
to mention grammar -- can you have {ge} without {gi}?):
You are absolutely right. There is nothing wrong with {spageti}
as a fu'ivla. If {ko bevri re spageti palta} can be misheard,
then by the same criteria {ko bevri re spati palta} can be
misheard as {ko bevri respa ti palta} (also ungrammatical).
And vlatai claims that {spageti} is a valid stage-4 fu'ivla (while not
recognising {djarspageti} as type-3 lujvo with short rafsi).
{djarspageti} is NOT a type-3 fu'ivla. Only consonant ending
rafsi can be used in type-3. {djarspageti} happens to be a
valid fu'ivla, but for example {djarpitsa} is not (it fails
slinku'i).
