I wouldn't be surprised at all %^).  I was told about this in 1986-7.  That 
is precisely where my long-standing dicta encouraging people to make "nonce 
lujvo" and not wait for a dictionary came from. I expected the dictionary 
workers to them collect the ones that were used and decide based on usage 
and logicality which ones were worthy of recognition.  The noralujv is the 
collection, but the analysis was aborted.
