Is this a factor, or not? How many people will be making that drive, and
how many times? Do you yet have a reasonably firm idea how many are
coming?

And if it's not a factor, a place in DC proper might be easier to reach
for those slobs like me that are taking public xportation. However that
probably adds quite a slice to the hotel price...
