I have no idea, but I assume at least Bob and Nora will be making
that drive every day.

Not even close.  At this point I'm assuming "somewhere around 10",
because it's the best I can do.

If anyone complains about issues related to too much or too little
space, they will be laughed at.

Which airport are you coming in on?  This place is right next to
Dulles, and has a free shuttle.
