I've never heard of that, and I highly doubt it. "Yud Heh Vav Heh" is
the traditional Jewish spelling in the traditional version of the Bible,
and it's hard to imagine how just that one word would have become
reversed. As I understand it, the transliteration you cite is an attempt
to reconstruct how the word was pronounced based on various clues in the 
Bible.

I have heard that the English version of the Tetragrammaton which begins
with J is a result of applying the vowel points of "Adonai" to "Yud
Heh Vav Heh", since some Hebrew Bibles print the vowel points of the way
the word is pronounced on the written word when it is pronounced 
differently from how it's spelled.
