It's not grammatical, though "broda be fa ko'e brode" would be. It
would be pointless to use "fa" here, though, since the first place after
"be" would also be the first place of the preceding tanru component.
You could say something meaningful using different place tags, though
e.g. "ta xamgu be fe le ka kufra zdani" - "That is a house which is good
by the standard of comfort".
The first place after be is the *second* place of the first tanru
component.
