[lojban] Announcing 'jbosnu' Lojban chat IRC

I've just created the chat room #jbosnu on the Lojban IRC server[1],
irc.lojban.org.

Just grab an IRC client (there are many that are easy to use; ask
Google) or use the web-based IRC client at http://www.lojban.org/irc/

Please note that conversation in languages other than Lojban is off
topic in #jbosnu.

Kudos to Twiz on #lojban for the idea.
