[lojban] Strange Alice sentence.

This paragraph:

    mi do pu jungau le du'u lo'e matne na mapti le minji sei my jmina
    li'u i my fengu catlu la cibmasti cicyractu

fails in jbofihe and the official parser, and I can't figure out why.
Something to do with sei.
