Yes, sorry.

jaspu may not be quite right.  In my opinion, a computer account is
a relationship amongst the following things:

1.  A computer.
2.  A user.
3.  A set of access rights for that user on that computer.
4.  A giver of those rights.

jaspu seemed pretty close.
