That is the nature of the Lojban community.
"Software" is usually run on computers. But any new device which could
run software would be considered a computer, therefore software is
always associated with "computers", and there is no need to overspecify
by saying "computerish software".
However, this argument only applies to tanru and not to lujvo because
"The breadth of a lujvo is whatever we say it is."
