To score points, off the top of my head:
lo vitke/se vitke be la <game> cu snada fi'o gradu li <points> ti'u
li <time>
Although note that "points" in the sense of points in a game is in
jbovlaste is http://www.lojban.org/jbovlaste/dict/nilji'a. The
definition needs work, but it seems like it could do most of what
you want. There's also
http://www.lojban.org/jbovlaste/dict/kelsnada, which again needs
work.
WRT the thing you said, I have no idea what you would put in the x1
place. Seems that the date and the teams fully encode the game, no?
Oh, unless you mean *type* of game (soccer, hockey, and so on). In
that case:
<game> se kelci la <team1> poi nilji'a li <points for team1> ku'o .e
la <team2> poi nilji'a li <points for team2> ku'o ti'u li <time>
