x1 is a quantum/ray/elementary particle/smallest

So I would suggest:

ji'arka'u 
x1 kantu lo nu x2 jinga da x3 x4
"x1 is a point scored by x2 against x3 in competition/match x4"

In a sports context, {lo kantu} would be enough for "a point", 
"a goal", etc.

ka'urji'a
x1 jinga lo kantu x2 x3
"x1 scores/wins a point from/over x2 in competition/match x3"

To report on an ongoing match, I would use {ca'o}. Something
like:

la blanu ca'o jinga fi la Xunre la'u li vo pi'e re
"The Blues are beating the Reds by 4 to 2."

{vitke} and {se vitke} seem right for visitors and home team.

la blanu noi vitke cu jinga la xunre noi se vitke

mu'o mi'e xorxes
