Very nice! My first thought was that {i le nu pensi 
cu za'o ranji} and {i le nu nicte cu za'o ranji} could
be replaced by just {i za'o pensi} and {i za'o nicte},
but maybe for the poem the heavier construction works
better.

You are very good at Lojban, and I don't see anything wrong
with your English, but then they are not my native languages 
either! :)
