What if I wanted to say something like:

[act so that] I leave
Make me leave!

There's no place for ko in that selbri since "you" doesn't have a
place. What do you do?

Make another selbri that *does* have a place for it :)

{ko klagau mi}
[act so that] you cause-to-leave me
Cause me to leave!

(for example)

Where {klagau} is formed from {klagau} and {gasnu}.

Or you could just use the {gau} modal, so

gau ko mi klama

(so you don't have to make up lujvo on the fly)
