[lojban] Founders: {se ma'i} and {te ma'i}

Here's the best I've come up with for examples:

''mi tadni lo te bilma se ma'i lo selci''

"I study disease with standardized observation of cells."

''mi tadni lo te bilma te ma'i tu'a lo kumfa co jinsa be so'a da''

"I study diseases with observation rules relating to a room clean of
almost all contaminants."

Are these good enough?  Can you guys think of anything better?
