A unit of inductance.  When the current through a one-henry coil changes by 
one amp per second, the voltage across the coil is one volt.

Personal name units are a pain in the butt.  I've thought about translating 
them as personal names (la henry) with some kind of tag on them.  

Do we have the "sverdrup"?  That's 1e15 cubic meters per second, a 
reasonably scaled unit for ocean currents named after a founder of that 
field.  I would deprecate all the scaled units like this one, and make 
everyone use E format, e.g. "the flux of North Atlantic Deep Water was 8e15 
M^3/s before Bush's environmental policies pushed..."
