Is it used every day for communicating lojban? Because that's what the
Lojban Cyrillic orthography is for. If you want to communicate Russian,
use Russian.

I think he's just wanting to quote cyrillic characters using Lojban. "azys.bu.", "bukys.bu" and the like.

Looking at the "cyrillic" entry in wikipedia.org, I count about 47 cyrillic characters, not counting the archaic ones. In section 17, chap 17 of the ref gram, there are 32 entries for quoting cyrillic characters, so some are missing, or able to be quoted some other way (?).

Ignat: perhaps you could start a wiki page for the quoting the missing cyrillic characters in Lojban?
