Well, I don't know Robin personally, but based on my e-mail interchanges
with him, I've found him to be a really nice guy as well as extremely
intelligent and talented; and I see that he's contributed a hell of a 
lot to the Lojban project, which I much appreciate.

I *wish* Robin were one of the worst of the "Open-Sourcers", because in
that case the Open Source community would be a damn wonderful place!!

You may be right that Robin's email regarding your probation on the
lojban list was a little too extreme -- "indefinite probation" isn't
really a good policy, IMO; probation should probably come with a time
limit.  

However, even if you're right and his reaction to your annoying and 
useless obnoxiousness was slightly extreme, this in no way justifies
your overly harsh and entirely incorrect judgment of him.

I don't know what you're like in the real world, but on this list you
are being one heck of a jerk...
