I definitely prefer accented vowels over capitalization to mark stress,
in any context.

(You could in fact get away with nothing since it wasn't difficult
to figure out what you in fact meant, how likely would a fu'ivla
like {menlibazimakcu} really be? But strictly, if we want to keep
it unambiguous brivla stress has to be marked some way or another.)
