[lojban] Re: citri lo glibau

The phonotactics of Lojban, especially as it concerns names
and fu'ivla, is not something fully settled yet, so take this
comment with a grain of salt.

In "normal" lojban words (gismu, lujvo, cmavo) two vowels
cannot appear next to each other unless one of them is
i/u acting as a semi-vowel/semi-consonant/diphthong
component. The apostrophe and the "pause" were in fact
introduced to prevent this kind of collision occurring
(inside a word or between two words respectively, so
I think they could be considered as two allophones of the
same phoneme, but that's beside the point). When
lojbanizing a foreign word or name, I think this feature
should be preserved. I don't think {o,a} or {e,o} are difficult
to pronounce, both actually occur in Spanish so they are
easy for me, but I don't think they fit with Lojban
phonotactics. They won't be allowed if my proposed
phonology becomes official. A possible form for those
names would be {komfo'amonan} and {bE'ouulf}.

I also dislike irregular stress, so I would choose {beuulf}
or {be'ouulf} instead of {bE'ouulf}, but this is an even more
personal preference).
