It is similar to {lo nu la mas nelci la mes cu dunli la mis}.
Unless {mis} is the name of an event, it is not very meaningful.
More meaningful would be:

{la mas nelci la mes du'i lo nu la mis nelci la mos}

mu'o mi'e xorxes
