I think that's for Pierre, since changing a major element like the logo of Wikipedia is a concern for bureaucrats, not sysops.

You can freely modify both the name and contents of the article.

{galfi} meant changing the *content* of the article, and indeed, {ba lo nu galfi} the former contents change into something new. {stika} seems weaker for me here, since it supposes (slight) adjustments of what is already present in general, whereas a Wikipedia article can be hugely changed in one edit.
