[lojban] Perl programmer sought for jbovlaste.

I'm thinking of doing some jbovlaste work, but something I
definately want *someone else* to do is write a sign up page and a
user management page, so peple can create their own accounts and
maintain their own passwords.

Anyone up to the challenge?  It's Perl over Mason, but if you don't
know Mason it doesn't matter much, it's pretty lightweight.
