[lojban-beginners] Getting my computer to talk in Lojban

I've recently found a program that allows me to convert
text-to-speech, includes a mode for Lojban-style pronunciation, and
allows for the exporting of the spoken words to WAV files. I also have
an OS which can be set to automatically play WAV files during certain
system events. So... perhaps I can put the whole assemblage together,
and have my computer speak to me in Lojban instead of making chiming
and beeping noises. All that I'm missing, are the Lojban translations
of the various OS-sound meanings. Given my lack of skill with Lojban,
I thought it best to inquire here for suggestions and advice, rather
than get my ear used to incorrect Lojban, especially mis-applied
vocatives.

I did a bit of Googling, and it appears someone had a similar idea,
with a completely different language: the Coeur d'Alene, at
