eSpeak, from http://espeak.sourceforge.net/ . When you install it,
remember to tell it you want to use the jbo voice, which is the one
with Lojban pronunciation rules, as mentioned in
http://espeak.sourceforge.net/languages.html . If you want to create
an improved Lojbannish pronunciation, then
http://espeak.sourceforge.net/add_language.html might be worth
perusing. :)
