There's no quantifier. "da po'o gerku" means "there are only some dogs", but
doesn't say how many there are, just that however many dogs there are, those
are the only ones. As that's a rather pointless utterance, "there are only
some dogs" is more likely to be interpreted as "tu'o gerku po'o" (but
intonation matters in the English).
