  I have been on vacation and my mail link is very feeble. I can manage
  to receive on lucky days but sending mail from home is practically out
  of question (my mail comes to the viikki21 Novell server, which I'm the
  manager of, and the only way to access it from home is through a Network
  Access Server which almost invariably dies during low tariff hours and
  even running is abysmally slow). So I send my mail in batches every 3
  days or so.

  Unless something special turns out during the next 24 hours I'll be
  sending mail next time earliest on Mon 26th. I'll travel north on
  Friday night and next week is devoted to about 35 concerts and
  "Finnegan's wake" (unless I get fed up with one or the other :-)
