I think the first one is fine, but the other two don't really emphasize what
you want. They give the number of times that you read, in an interval that
falls in the aftermath of some event (in this case, also of reading). I would
translate the last one as: "I read only once after having read only once."
The "once again" in English does not have the emphasis on the _one_ time,
like the lojban {paroi}, but on the one _other_ time.

The same for the {su'oroi}: "I read at least once after having read at least
once". I don't think it's wrong, but it doesn't add much to what you have
in the first line.

Maybe you should propose a new cmavo in selmaho ROI, that would be to {roi}
as {moi} is to {mei}. (Unfortunately, the vowels don't help.) Let's call it
{xei},

then:

        mi rexei tcidu          I read a second time
        mi muxei tcidu          I read a fifth time
        mi su'oxei tcidu        I read again
        mi so'ixei tcidu        I read for the umpteenth time
        mi roxei tcidu          I read for the last time

etc.

As with {roi}, these would refer to the second, fifth, whateverth time
in the interval (specified or not).
