We have this in Lojban, in the form of MEX+cu'o.
Arguably your take on the situation would support the existence of a
similar inflection in the "roi" series, which I would probably support.
But if there is no consensus, fi'o+MEX+cu'o should work though it might
demand a terminator on the end. This is substantially less than "15
syllables", and much shorter than comparable English statements of
degree of probability.
