Here in Fairfax VA, though with participation via IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
at selected times.

"When" is still under determination.  It has in recent years been in t
he first
2 weeks of August, but we are competing with the World Science Fiction
Convention, which will be local AND earlier than usual (and they want us to
come and talk about Lojban, too!)  That is the 2nd weekend
