According to onelist.com management, the server will be down
between 0400 and 0700, Universal Time, on Thursday, 25 February 1999.
That will be 11 P.M. Wednesday to 2 A.M. Thursday, America/New_York (EST)
time, and 8 P.M. to 11 P.M. Wednesday, America/Los_Angeles (PST) time.
The purpose of this down time is a server upgrade to increase capacity.
