John Cowan put together a beta version of a 300 parser, but has not
released it. I don't remember what he was waiting for, but Nora was at the
the same time working on a version 300 glosser with enhancements. The
latter will place-structure-smart for gismu (i.e. English glosses will use
prepositions). I was also working on a random sentence generator that was
going to be used to bang on the parser - generally a good way to test
obscure cases. Nora and my efforts got sidetracked by "real life" (Nora by
Y2K, myself by childrearing and perpetual Lojban order and paperwork
backlogs that I am finally starting to get a handle on again).
