List subscribers should no longer see bounce-mail from failed messages.
Snark now uses smail3.1 as a mail back end; it has facilities to handle
mailing lists gracefully. You should not see any functional difference,
except that any mail gurus among you may notice that 3.1 does a slightly
better job of RFC-822 conformance.
