That fits with my understanding of {ji'asai}. I always use 
{ji'asai} for "even". As I understand it, {ji'asai} marks an 
additional, extreme case, the least likely case. So you are 
saying that the very wise (in addition to all the other, more 
likely cases) cannot see all ends.
