[lojban] A suggestion for the new edition of the CLL

Since the reference grammar is the most important source of information for all us, and is also the most referred to, I suggest to use a paragraph numbering system like that in the Bible in the next edition of the Complete Lojban Language. Thus it will be much easier to point to required paragraphs when discussing different controversial questions.
